Top Spring/Summer 2014 Sunglasses

Sunglasses are definitely my favourite accessories; there are plenty to choose from, you can find different shapes, sizes and a huge variety of colour option for the frame and the lenses and they are pretty cool, but which are the Top sunglasses for this Spring/Summer 2014? Have a look at my selection!


1)RAY-BAN CLUBMASTER ACETATE AND METAL MIRRORED SUNGLASSES: Probably the most famous brand for sunglasses, selling millions of their products, the club master along with the aviator, have made a statement among fashionistas and not only! This version, has an acetate and gold metal mirrored frame, and the blue mirrored lenses, which are incredibly cool and give out a SUMMER TIME vibe!

2) ILLESTEVA SQUARE FRAME ACETATE SUNGLASSES: Designed in NYC, Illesteva has a very distinctive and cool design to it, all black for a timeless look, these shades are great if you wish to make an investment that will last for a few years, and for a pair of sunglasses that you want to keep using over and over again. As described on MRPORTER This mirrored lens pair has a subtle matte finish and flexible hooked arms for a slick nod to vintage eyewear.”

3) OLIVER PEOPLES BANKS ACETATE AND METAL SUNGLESSES: This inspired “Banks” 1960s pair of sunglasses is for the ones who are into vintage stuff, very lightweight and featuring a mineral glass lenses, they are perfect to be matched with a light-weight summer suit!

4) THOM BROWNE ROUND FRAME METAL SUNGLASSES: Now, if you are looking for something a bit different and expensive, then these shades are for you! Thom Browne is a designer that has the most sophisticated vision and these prove that… I can see them being worn with an ultra-sharp and chic business suit, for the extreme dapper look

5) ORLEBAR BROWN BEAUMONT AMALFI COAST SUNGLASSES: This is the first season Orlebar Brown has ventured into making accessories such as Sunglasses, and let me tell you this, I am very impressed and in love with the Beamonts (which I had the pleasure to try in preview during TCS press day), Made in Italy and available in over different 4 shades – among crystal smoke and sepia, soft havana and crystal flax – and incorporating the high-end Zeiss lens, I am positive to say that they will be seen out in the streets, beaches all over the world! The OB shades are taking over.
