The latest Burberry Prorsum F/W 2014 collection was just incredibly romantic, taking inspiration from the painters and the work of artists Christopher Wood, Ben Nicholson and Duncan Grant, Creative director Christopher Bailey surely put on the best show at LCM.
Sheepskin jackets, relaxed silhouettes and big blankets with the distinctive Burberry tartan-check were mixed with floral painted shirts, and fisherman’s ribbed tank tops.
Enhancing the romantic vibe, is the wonderful colour palette which ranges from shades of browns, night blue and green.
Cashmere, silk and wool are the luxe and main materials of the FW14 collection, which made the statement hand-painted silk squares featuring the map of London!
Here below, a selection of photos from the backstage, portraying this incredible collection, the models and all the little details you missed. I SERIOUSLY WANT IT ALL!
