Loose silhouettes for silk trousers, cashmere sweaters and oversized coats as seen at Ermenegildo Zegna Couture SS16 show in Milano on the first day of MFW.
The Italian designer for the renown fashion house Stefano Pilati, continues his work to re-launch the couture main line , infusing his own style and focusing on his strongest trait: The broken suit – which is the ability to mix two different fabrics while making it look like you are wearing a whole two piece suit.
Clean, elegant and fluid shapes were seen on the tailoring side, with suits in white, beige and grey. Also, Bomber jackets and the light summer jackets featuring an oversized check print, were among our favourite elements from the SS16 range.
It’s also impossible not to mention the suede Native american inspired loafers with fringes, the leather office bags and the silk white totes.
