Milan has many grey buildings, and it seems to be the main colour of the city (don’t get me wrong, I love grey). So on the second day of Milan fashion week men’s I decided to celebrate it, with an all grey outfit, while playing with different fabrics, patterns and materials.
Shot right before my first show of the day, Dirk Bikkembergs in Via Tortona, I’ve styled a window pane check overcoat and faux suede jacket from the Idle Man, and paired these outerwear with striped trousers in wool from Next, and a ribbed white turtle neck sweater.
Accessory wise, I went all out there, with a beautiful leather Cambridge Satchel leather bag in light blue (somehow, It is so pale it goes so well with the other greys) and a pair of suede Chelsea boots by Kurt Geiger. As you can see, I’ve managed to keep the same colours, while going for different materials creating an interesting outfit.
